Partnerships To Strengthen Families
The Partnerships Project is a voluntary program for families with children. It is a family oriented program to provide support and help with each family's individual desires. Every family has strengths! This program focuses on the strengths, helping each family use those strengths to work through tough situations. We work to empower families to build upon their strength and help them acquire knowledge and skills for healthy family functioning.

The Partnerships Project is a fun program. Each home visitor will do his/her best to help the family meets their needs. The home visitor becomes a caring friend to each family.
