Khristi is presenting this 4 hour course utilizing basic block play as a tool for learning and assessment through observation. We will meet as a class for 2 hours, then we will each invite a young friend to join us (ages 1-6) for the remainder of the class. We will play with blocks, observe and discuss the 8 stages of Block Play and the attributes of different types of Blocks. We will also share ideas on how to enhance Block Play within your own programs.
