The CSEFEL Pyramid Model provides a framework highlighting the importance of children’s social and emotional well-being. It also provides an outline for the CSEFEL module trainings. The first three levels of the pyramid (i.e., effective workforce, relationships, and environments) are considered universal techniques that all children need.
