Hi-Line Home Programs is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors who provide governance, oversight, and strategic direction. Board members bring diverse experience and a shared commitment to supporting individuals and families across Northeastern Montana.

Bethanie L Keim
Bethanie Keim is a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones serving clients throughout Northeast Montana. A dedicated mom of two, she stays active in local sports and community initiatives that strengthen the place her family calls home. Bethanie is known for her thoughtful, relationship centered approach to financial planning and her leadership in supporting advisors and teams across her region.

Laura Vigil
Laura Vigil has served on the Hi-Line Home Programs Board of Directors since 2017. She is a pharmacist in Glasgow, where she lives with her husband and three children. Laura enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and is dedicated to giving back through service and community involvement. She believes in creating opportunities for families to thrive and reach their full potential.

Board Secretary
Deanna Franzen Wallem
Deanna “Dee Dee” Franzen Wallem is retired and works part-time for the Glasgow Housing Authority. She has served on the Hi-Line Home Programs Board of Directors since 2024. Having once experienced HLHP services through her daughter, Dee Dee feels honored to now support the organization in helping children and families receive the same care and support her family experienced.

Alexie Beil
Alexie Beil is a daycare provider based in Glasgow, where she lives with her husband and three children. She is actively involved in local community events and enjoys volunteering her time to support families in the area. In her free time, Alexie enjoys reading and a good cup of coffee.

LeeAnn Lawrence
LeeAnn Lawrence is a school counselor at Irle Elementary and brings over 17 years of experience in education to the Hi-Line Home Programs Board of Directors. Through her work in both classroom and counseling settings, she provides valuable insight into the needs of children and families, supporting HLHP’s mission to strengthen outcomes for those it serves.​​

Kayla Dix
Kayla Dix is a registered nurse and Certified Breastfeeding Counselor (CBC) who brings both clinical expertise and a passion for supporting families to the Hi-Line Home Programs Board of Directors. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children, baking, and exploring creative hobbies. Kayla is dedicated to strengthening services and opportunities that support children and families in the community.
