Teddy Bear Outdoors

Founded in 1976, Hi-Line Home Programs, Inc. has served children, adults, and families across rural Northeastern Montana for nearly five decades. What began as a small, community-based organization has grown into a trusted nonprofit delivering a range of home- and community-based services.

Hi-Line provides direct support services for children and adults with developmental disabilities, helping individuals live safely and independently in their homes and communities. The organization also offers parenting education and supervised family support services that strengthen caregiver skills and promote safe, stable family relationships.

In addition, Hi-Line Home Programs sponsors the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), supporting nutrition and healthy development for children in care settings throughout the region.

Throughout its history, Hi-Line has remained committed to a family-centered, community-based approach—adapting to meet changing needs while focusing on safety, stability, and connection.
